The benefits of third party external investigations:
- Neutral third party, objective outcome

- Trained and experienced investigators
- Identifies potential issues that need to be addressed

Resolution & Mediation
Sometimes, employees and/or managers are not able to resolve conflict on their own and it impacts the workplace. There are different options to address this conflict. Workplace meditations are designed to resolve disputes between employees before they rise to the level of internal, administrative or legal complaints. This involves use of a trained external mediator to facilitate the employees to resolve the conflicts themselves. Conflict coaching is also a tool that can be used to provide one-on-one feedback to employees and/or managers who need support for managing conflict. If an employer finds themselves in a situation where an employee has filed an administrative claim or litigation, WE by AMP offers external mediators to meet with the parties and help resolve the claims that have been filed to avoid the potential time and money required to litigate a case.
